For Indian Autors
There is a publication fee for all National and International Journals. SKIREC Publication is a self supporting organization and does not receive funding from any private institutions and government. Hence, the operation of the journal is solely financed by the processing fees received from authors. As costs are involved in every stage of the publication process , like manuscript handling form submission to publication, peer-review, copy-editing, typesetting, tagging and indexing of articles, Electronic composition and production, hosting the final article on dedicated servers, electronic archiving, server and website update and maintenance, supporting sales and marketing costs to ensure global dissemination and administrative and overheads, the author is asked to pay an article publication fee.
Online Publication Fee
A publication fee of Rs.1700/- ($50) for Single author, Rs.1900/- ($60) for two authors, Rs 2250/- ($70) for three authors and Rs 2500/- ($80) for more than three authors is payable for manuscript ACCEPTED for publication.
Rs 1000 ($50) extra along with normal fee for publish on demand within 24 hour
Print Publication Fee (Including online publication) One print copy
A publication fee of Rs.2800/- ($70) for Single author, Rs.3000/- ($90) for two authors, Rs 3200/- ($110) for three authors and Rs 3400/- ($120) for more than three authors is payable for manuscript ACCEPTED for publication.
Indian Authors can pay the publication charges by using Net Banking, NEFT, RTGS and Direct Deposit to the given account in acceptance mail.
*Authors outside India can submit their Publication fee via paypal, Western union.

The publication fee must be paid prior to publication.
The length of research papers/articles should not exceed 5000 words.
There are no extra charges for colour figures.
The article accepted for publication will processed further towards publication after the author pays the publication fees.
Fee once paid will not be returned back under any circumstances. If authors choose not to publish after paying the money, then author can use that payment for their next research paper publication.
