SKIREC Publication is committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards in research publication. Authors must ensure their research complies with ethical guidelines, including research involving human or animal subjects, obtaining informed consent, and protecting privacy and confidentiality. Authors must submit necessary ethical approval documentation where applicable.

2. Peer Review Process
We employ a rigorous double-blind peer review process to maintain the quality and integrity of our publications. Both reviewers and authors remain anonymous to each other to ensure an unbiased review. Reviewers are selected based on their expertise and impartiality.

3. Authorship and Contributions
Authorship should reflect significant contributions to the research. All authors must have:

Substantially contributed to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the research.

Participated in drafting or critically revising the manuscript for important intellectual content.

Approved the final version of the manuscript.

Accepted responsibility for all aspects of the work.

4. Competing Interests
Authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could influence the research or its review. This includes financial, personal, or professional relationships that may affect the impartiality of the publication.

5. Data Sharing and Transparency
SKIREC promotes transparency and reproducibility in research. Authors are encouraged to share their data, code, and other research materials. Where feasible, authors should deposit their data in publicly accessible repositories and provide links in their manuscripts.

6. Corrections and Retractions
If errors are discovered in published articles, SKIREC will take appropriate actions, including issuing corrections or retractions. Authors and readers are encouraged to notify the editorial office of any inaccuracies. Allegations of misconduct will be handled through an initial assessment, followed by a thorough investigation and appropriate actions.

7. Publication Fees
To cover the costs associated with the publication process, SKIREC may charge publication fees. Information about these fees and potential waivers for authors from low-income countries will be provided on our website.

8. Open Access Policy
SKIREC supports open access to research. All published articles are freely available to readers, ensuring the widest possible dissemination of research findings. Authors retain copyright while granting SKIREC a license to publish their work.
